The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you provide one, the nature of your inquiry, the products you are interested in, and your message.

When you submit the form, your message is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to us by email through a third-party email-delivery service (Resend). To stop spam and automated abuse, the form is protected by an anti-bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), which confirms you are a real person before your message is sent.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, government identification, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

We use this information for one purpose only: to answer you and, where relevant, to follow up about the products or trade relationship you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed, general location (city or region level) and device type. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) and processes technical data, including a shortened form of your IP address, on Google's servers. We use it only for aggregate statistics — not to identify you individually and not for advertising.

To keep the site available and to protect the contact form from bots, we use Cloudflare for content delivery and security and Cloudflare Turnstile for the anti-spam check. These may set a strictly necessary cookie and process technical data, such as your IP address and basic browser signals, to tell real visitors from automated traffic. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and reliability.

You can block cookies in your browser at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out tools. We do not use any of this to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

Some product pages link to listings on Amazon.ca. Purchases are completed on Amazon, not on this site, and once you follow one of those links you are subject to Amazon's own privacy policy and terms. We never see your payment information.

This website is hosted in Canada. To operate the site, understand its use, and run the contact form we rely on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (content delivery, security and anti-bot protection), Google (website analytics), and Resend (delivery of contact-form messages by email). Some of these providers may process technical data, such as your IP address, or the contents of your message on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal information.

We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable record of our business relationship, after which it is deleted.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@azarya.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we limit access to contact-form correspondence to the people at Azarya who need it in order to reply to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. We encourage you to review it from time to time.
